| My latest artistic endeavor satisfies my desire to transform discarded, reclaimed and collectable objects into something entirely new and beautiful. Uncommon Scopes began in a salvage yard in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where I found a discarded lamp that deserved a second chance; it just needed time, care and a little love to bring it back to life. After weeks of tinkering, I created my first, one-of-a-kind kaleidoscope reminiscent of an old Victorian parlor scope.

| My eco-friendly creations are made from found materials. Most of the metal and glass in my recycled creations comes from flea markets, garage sales, thrift shops, and eBay finds. I use everything from old curtain rods and broken jewelry to vintage glassware in my creations. |

| You can personalize your kaleidoscope by replacing the bits and pieces I provide with your own curios and mementoes. |
